Cancellation/Refund Policy

• If a cancellation is 14 days or more prior to your booking, a refund of your deposit less 25% for booking fees will be given.
• If a cancellation is 7 days or less prior to your booking, a raincheck will be given if you wish to take it. If you do not wish to take a raincheck, unfortunately no refund will be given.
• No refunds will be given for early departures.
• First night’s deposit is required for your booking.
