Office hours 7.00am to 6.30pm daily. (These times are subject to change)

Check-in time: 1.00pm
Check-out time: 10.00am
If you require late checkout please enquire at reception. Fees may apply.

Please leave your cabin in a tidy state, wash all dishes and place rubbish in bins provided.
For the comfort of all guests, undue noise is NOT permitted between 11.pm-7.00am.
Excessive noise and rowdy parties will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Any such behaviour will result in eviction from these premises.
Exception is new years eve. No noise permitted after 1.00am.
Children must be accompanied by an adult when visiting showers, games room and pool.
Speed limit for vehicles is walking pace throughout the park at all times.
Fires are permitted following fire restrictions and weather conditions.
Fires must be in a fire drum.
This also applies to coal BBQ’s.
Generators are permitted but are required to be turned off by 8pm.
Charging of electric vehicles is not included in our cabin or site pricing and is not permitted in the park due to fire risk.
Please see reception if you are needing to charge your vehicle.
Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in cabins, camping sites and camp kitchen. It is not permitted in the pool area, playground and amenities.

If a cancellation is 14 days or more prior to your booking, a refund of your deposit less 25% for booking fees will be given.
If a cancellation is 7 days or less prior to your booking, a raincheck will be given if you wish to take it. If you do not wish to take a raincheck, unfortunately no refund will be given.
No refunds will be given for early departures.
First night’s deposit is required for your booking.

All prices are subject to change without notification.

Dogs are not permitted in cabins, unless one of our dog friendly cabins has been reserved.
When in the park, dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
As the owner of the dog, you are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
No barking or yapping allowed at night.
Dogs are not permitted to be left unattended within the park.
All dog owners whether you expressly agree or not, assume all liability regarding your dog being on our premises and indemnify us against all and any damages, all or any claims or other suits that may arise as a result of your dog being in our caravan park. Any breaches of the above conditions could result in early departure and forfeiture of refund.
